SAF International Services Inc., by all means and comfortably to say, is
at the leading edge when it comes to the essential field of human resources providers
in the Philippines.
For more than 20 years, SAF has been answering the needs and reaching out to a considerable
number of countries in the Middle East and elsewhere, and even a larger number of
business conglomerates and establishments, with a high degree of efficiency and
accuracy.
The company was established in 1995 by a multinational team of human resources experts
united by a common goal of excellence in the service of both our clients and the
Filipino manpower.
Through the years, we succeeded in building a sterling name in the market of manpower
supply, a thing we contribute largely to. Our way of honest dealings that is strictly
within the lawful boundaries of Philippine Labour Laws and Codes has resulted in
a steady flow of Filipino job-seekers in the hundreds of thousands to our company.
This big number of professionals, workers and applicants constitutes a point of
pride to us because we feel trusted and entrusted to their future, and to our surprise
and of course un-bragging delight, they tell us that they are willing to wait no
matter how long, rather than apply elsewhere. Fortunately, they don't have to, because
this strong supply is quickly absorbed by an equally stronger demand.
Our services definitely do not end at the point of deployment of workers and personnel
to their respective worksites overseas. We continuously assumes full responsibility
for both contracting parties - workers and clients alike - from then
on and till the completion of their employment contracts. We also see to it that
they have adapted well to their new work environment and that they were able to
adjust to their host country culture and traditions.
