Our Basic Services and Activities



SOURCING, POOLING, ADVERTISEMENT :

SAF, as a professional human resources company, provides its services to all sized entities and organizations with equal urgency and efficiency. Upon receiving clients manpower request, we start sourcing applicants. Aside from our available manpower pool, possible shortage can be augmented by advertising through Print and Broadcast Media as well as through provincial recruitment to fulfill the requirements of clients. Moreover, for some categories such as technicians, we make site sourcing (field recruitment/ direct invitation). Available information about the workers maybe relayed to SAF's client by fax or e-mail.

SELECTION:
The mode of selection of contract workers may be executed under any of the following procedures:
SELECTION BY EMPLOYER OR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE/S:

The employer or the authorized representative/s may conduct personal interview in our office and finally select who is convinced to be the best. SAF provides its principals with spacious interview facilities. Our assigned project officers will assist the principals during the interview.

TRANSMITTAL OF CURRICULUM VITAES(CVC):

Employers may ask us to send the CVS / Resumes of all prospective candidates for evaluation and final approval. In such cases, name/s of the selected candidates maybe relayed to us via fax or e-mail. Further screening and/or testing may be conducted at our end, if required.

SELECTION BY SAF:

SAF specialized interviewers and professionals, carefully, screen and test every candidate to ensure the best based on job descriptions. In this case, SAF may be authorized to select and finalize with the qualified workers with full guarantee.

PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION SEMINAR:

When workers are ready for departure, we hold Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) wherein the workers will have to undergo a comprehensive briefing on the working and living conditions, customs and traditions, laws and regulations in the country of destination.

DEPARTURE:

Flight details shall be furnished to the foreign principal at least one day before departure, to ensure that somebody from the employer's part will assist the arriving workers at the airport. These flight information will also be available through our website.

REPATRIATION:

SAF INTERNATIONAL SERVICES, INC. has the primary duty of sending only selected and competent applicants who meet the job requirements of the employer. In the three(3) Months Probationary Period, SAF guarantees the worker's capabilities, primarily, their Physical, Mental, and Technical Know-How.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Furthermore, SAF can arrange hotel reservations, ticket bookings and even tourist tours to its visiting foreign principals to historical and recreational tour sites like beaches and resorts. We extend our services to solve problems that may be encountered by employers or workers with Government Offices or Embassies such as Residency Permit or Re-Entry extensions, etc.
